Our Strategic Planning Committee and the Board of Directors are proud to share with you the first Strategic Plan for the Nebraska Society of Radiologic Technologists. This plan will allow us to communicate goals and and actions intended for the next 5 years. A Year End Report
Greetings to our NSRT membership!
2021 has been a year of many GREAT changes for the NSRT.
There are also many new things to look forward to in 2022:
1. Annual Conference will be offered in person and virtually. April 21 – 23 in Grand Island, NE
2. The NSRT website is full of great information, and opportunities for our medical imaging and therapy professionals across the state. Find us at www.nsrt.net.
3. FREE CE’s continue to be offered each month through our partnership with surrounding affiliates (ACE Team). Yes I said FREE! So far we have offered 5 total from Sept 2021 – March 2022! Check out our website & social media posts for updates.
4. The Student Leadership program has had a transformative year and new focus on growing young leaders. A big thanks to Angela Cyza!
5. We continue to move our applications and registrations to paperless – a big thanks to Stephanie Cannon.
6. Stephanie Cannon and I are looking forward to the ASRT House of Delegates Meeting in June 2022 & are planning to be there in-person. Yeah!
7. Memberships continues to rise! WE are your advocates and are here for you in the best interest of our profession.
8. We are ALWAYS looking for better ways to meet the needs of our state affiliate. Do not hesitate to reach out to one of the BOD members anytime!

Student Leadership Development Program
The NSRT Board of Directors has received all applications and essay submissions for the Student Leadership Development Program. Selections will be announced by December 31, 2021!
2022 CE Schedule Change
This year’s February Education Saturday has been shifted to coincide with 2022 Annual Conference in April. All 2022 Annual Conference educational sessions will be available both in-person and online. Please join us for one, or all three days, of great education. Read more for dates!
NSRT 2021 Coat Drive
Thank you to everyone who participated in our 2021 NSRT Coat Drive across Nebraska! Together we donated 129 coats! Together we can support each other through our profession, AND our communities!
NRTW Proclamation Signing Ceremony
Everyone is invited to join us at the State Capital in Lincoln, Nebraska on November 10th at 10:00am CST. We will be representing the technologists of Nebraska for the Proclamation Signing Ceremony recognizing National Radiologic Technology Week. Contact us with questions.
